Two recommendations led me here for a LOF. I didn’t think the car didn’t need anything else but they pointed out something safety related that they’ll take care of as soon as the part comes in. Plus they washed my car!

This shop was recommended to me by a coworker and I'm happy with the results. The employee I spoke with prior to the repair gave me several options including one repair method they hadn't tried yet but was more than $300 less. I accepted and it worked out great. Usually shops just give you a robotic quote response but I could tell the folks at Broadway were really interested in helping me save money and providing good service, which they delivered quickly. If I have to get another repair done on my wife's VW I won't hesitate to return.

I have been using Broadway Imports for my two Toyotas for maybe eight years and I remain very satisfied. Derek and Dan are very knowledgeable, fair, honest, and finish the work promptly. I have asked advice about new cars and they are very up to date on current models. I am happy to have them in my neighborhood and look forward to many more years of good service.
