Each time I’ve brought a car in, they’ve taken good care of the issue in an efficient, quick way while doing what they can to keep the cost down. Today, I had an Engine Check light on my Subaru. They checked the diagnostics, told me I needed to get a warranty issue dealt with by Subaru itself, and did not charge me anything for doing that! That’s a great way to build loyalty! I highly recommend them.

Broadway Import Auto Service came highly recommended by a friend. Dan and Chase were courteous, straight forward, and sincere. My relatively minor repair was done swiftly and was inexpensive compared to what Honda would have charged. Honda wanted a $1000 and Broadway Import got it all done with factory parts for $310. Broadway suggested I order the part directly from Honda and that alone saved hundreds!

I’ve brought my 2012 Audi a4 here twice, the most recent time for what would have been an $800 fuel injector replacement that I had already agreed to over the phone. The tech called me back within an hour of dropping it off and said, “we ran a test and found out that your injectors are fine. All you need is to get some Bosch ignition coils and NGK plugs and you should be good to go.” Knowing that I had tried replacing one cylinder’s coil and plug with generic parts. They saved me $600 when they could have tacked on extra labor hours and probably doubled my bill. They really know their stuff, and they’re extremely trustworthy. Couldn’t recommend more. P.s. the first time I brought the car in because I had stripped a bolt in the head of the engine. They extracted it and gave me a new bolt and when I asked what they would charge me they said, “I don’t know, maybe a beer?” It was the end of their day, so I brought them a bunch of modelos.
