Broadway Imports is great at the shop. My buddy recommended them to me and have been totally happy with them. Dan is great. He helped out with my 2001 BMW 740i when I was having issues and got it back on the road. I’m in the process of buying a new car and had him perform a pre-purchase inspection on a 2010 Audi Q5. Gave a lot of good advice and information about that model and year.

While preparing to move across country my check engine light came on in my car. Because it was an Audi a few places I called did not have the software available to read the codes. I stopped into the shop and Derek was very generous with his time. He conducted the scan and read out the codes for me, free of charge. He was not able to complete the work for me due to his current workload, but because he took the time to do this for me, another mechanic was able to complete the repairs I needed in time for my move. It's a week later, and my move was successful. Thank you, Derek!

This was the first time I took my car to Broadway Imports and I had a very positive experience. Derek and Dan patiently answered my questions and found the answer to an electrical problem that had long stumped the auto dealer I'd worked with for years. I'll definitely return to Broadway Imports.
