Making an appointment is always extremely easy with their only appointment scheduling. Waiting time is minimal. High level of communication on repairs and costs. Most important is as a female, I never feel like I'm being upsold, talked down to or taken advantage of. The prices are always reasonable for the repair or maintenance. I've literally dropped off my car saying there is a "whir" or that "my engine sounds loud" and one time I needed a new alternator and the other time there was nothing to repair and I wasn't charged a dime for their time and efforts. I've been taking my car here for 3 or 4 years now and I rely on them for as much of my car work as possible. Highly, highly recommend.

Easy drop off, fast service, and much better pricing than the dealer. Even more importantly, great service. My engine light came on the afternoon after an oil change, and they stuck around after closing to investigate the issue for me (it was minor). I recommend them!
