I have had consistently excellent experiences with Derrick in servicing my Volvo XC70. He only does what is necessary, and treats the customer and the vehicle as if he were the car owner. His business philosophy is old-fashioned -- that if you treat customers honestly and well, and provide a very positive value proposition, that the business is more likely to retain those customers over time. I was treated very differently at Jim Fisher Volvo, where I felt the service shop viewed me as a profit center, to be sold to....Can't recommend Derrick more highly...
