I've been very pleased both times I've brought my 1989 Honda Civic in for service at a Broadway Import. They were able to get the car right in, make the diagnosis, and do the repairs. All within one day. Efficiently and competently. The cost of the repairs was fair. I would definitely recommend Broadway Import Auto Service.

Great service and good pricing. And Derek keeps everything rolling smoothly. Just had a headlight bulb replaced on my Mercedes ML 320 and it was only $19.95. Nothing on a Mercedes is only $19.95!!! Would have cost at least $80 at the Mercedes dealership...

Although it took some time to confirm an appointment online, I did get the time I requestedand the work was completed in a timely fashion. I was given an accurate estimate andcalled about any further work. I was also given a detailed breakdown of the work done.

I've been going to Broadway Import for many years.. This last visit was a bit concerning due to the engine light not going off.. Thanks for the shop and workers the engine light issue was fixed and the car rides a bit smoother.. I was thinking the price to fix would be in the thousands, but I came out a little over half of that.. I will continue to bring my vehicles and let friends/family know of the excellent service received.
