i received an ad for this biz, and wanted to try them out for 2 car problems...Derek was great! he explained everything on the phone, then again in person...the work was done in 2 days, and he saved me money by referring me for something a specialty shop could do...the car runs fine after having the master and slave cylinder replaced as my clutch fluid was low...i will bring my car back when something malfunctions..thx!

Why would anybody go anywhere else. They dont charge you for what is not needed and the owner is very honest when he dissects the problem. Even a loaner car if you really need it. The parts they use are all top shelf not like others I've been to.

Have been taking our older cars to Broadway Import for years, and have always received excellent service. When a shop is willing to tell you that you don't need anything done right now, it inspires confidence. Derek and his team are tops.

I have taken my old Mercedes to Derrick and always walked away having had a positive experience. He has offered me a number of free quotes on basic repairs and when a job was beyond his expertise, Derrick has been quick to refer me to another shop that would be better suited for the task. It can be difficult to find an honest mechanic and I would encourage any one to shop around on major repairs, but Broadway has been good to me.

Broadway Imports is always a reliable place to bring my Mazda Tribute. They are a bit slower than dealerships, butthey listen and get the job done.
