These technicians are truly the best in Portland. The shop offers nothing but professionalism and honesty. Not only do I recommend this business, I have trusted them with my own personal vehicles. These guys really know VW's, and have brought by 1999 Jetta back from the dead, and made it a nice car again. I hope to get another 200,000 miles out of now!

I've known Derek for 10 years and have been bringing our cars to him since he purchased this business 7-8 years ago. I'm born and raised in Portland and speak from experience in that he is one of the most honest, straight-shooting, no BS people I know. Considering the majority of these reviews are 5's and a couple people with 1s, do yourself a favor and trust the majority. Derek is honest, communicates well and has a great reputation in the Portland business community. When you're a local, you have no reason to not be honest and treat customers well, and he adheres to this every day.

A good experience time after time. We own an older Volvo and have had it serviced here initially because it is close to home. But honestly we get such great service here we would drive across town to have Derek service our car. Charges always seem fair, quick turnaround and really above and beyond customer service. I've looked for quite a while for a good mechanic for my '95 Mitsubishi 3000. Not easy. This shop has provided great work for both regular maintenance and needed repairs. They never push for more than you really need. Example: my car died on the freeway, complete with all dash lights flashing and car lurching. All it needed was a battery. And that's all this shop did. Perfect. As long as I have an import (forever), this is where my car(s) are going.
